How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at LIVE! On Sunset was designed to be simple and engaging:

If you know what you are looking for, use the SHOP then MEN or WOMEN tabs to begin browsing. Or, you may choose to navigate our products by BRANDS.

Once you have found an item, select a size (if applicable) and click on the ADD TO CART link beneath each description. You will be taken to your shopping cart, where each addition can be modified or deleted.

Click RETURN TO STORE to continue shopping at any time.

Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at any time at LIVE! On Sunset without logging in.

Which size should I choose?

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. If you are unsure of the fit for a given brand, pay attention to the measurements recorded for your shopping convenience.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer as you are completing an order. In the event an item is unavailable, you will be contacted in a timely manner by LIVE! and your credit card uncharged.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged only when the order has been secured and the product awaiting shipping. In cases of unavailability, you will be contacted and your credit card uncharged.

What payment methods are accepted by LIVE! ON Sunset?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at LIVE! On Sunset?

At LIVE! On Sunset, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

What currency is accepted?

The LIVE! On Sunset debut site you are currently viewing serves North America, and all prices are coded by default in US Dollars. Your credit card may automatically convert the charges into a foreign currency; please check with your banking institution.

How much tax will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Checkout page.

Within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to the State of California. No other tax will be applied to orders. (Please note that any additional local taxes are the customer's responsibility. LIVE! On Sunset is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.)

Does LIVE! On Sunset ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders or other special assistance, please contact orders@liveonsunset.com for assistance.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?

Most orders will ship out within 2-3 business day of ordering, unless overnight shipping is requested. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00. All orders up to $149.99 are shipped via UPS. We are also able to expedite orders for an additional charge. For expedited orders, please ensure you have placed your order before 10AM PST Monday to Friday, otherwise expect your order to be shipped the following business day.

Expedited shipping options offered are as follows:

  • UPS Overnight
  • UPS Second Day Air

Worldwide and Canada orders can be shipped using the following rate:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address verification.

We ask that our domestic customers to allow up to 2 weeks before reporting a lost package and our international customers to allow up to 25 days.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from LIVE! On Sunset to the shipping address. Once delivery has been confirmed to the specified delivery address, items are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box and follow appropriate steps w/the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, please contact us directly at orders@liveonsunset.com and inquire of the status of your initial order.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed and in the middle of processing, changes are generally not accepted. If you need to cancel an order, please email orders@liveonsunset.com within 24 hours of order placement and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 30 days to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of items designated as on sale, jewelry, lingerie/innerwear, books, music and consumable goods, which may not be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging, if applicable. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive an in-store credit, or receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

To return or exchange an item, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing orders@liveonsunset.com, specifying the initial order number and reason for exchange/return.

Write the RA number on the returns form provided with your order and return along with the product in the original shipping package. Affix the prepaid return sticker onto your package and either drop by at a FedEx location or call for a pick up from the carrier. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.

To exchange an item, please specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RA.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a LIVE! On Sunset credit and purchase the new item separately.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card, excluding the initial shipping costs and processing/handling costs for the return.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the state of California, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Does LIVE! On Sunset have a catalog?

Sorry, we do not produce a print catalog at this time. The Internet allows us to add items and update our availability every day. Please check the website often!

Does LIVE! On Sunset have seasonal sales?

LIVE! On Sunset, like offline shops, offers seasonal sales. Please note that LIVE! On Sunset cannot guarantee that its prices will be equivalent or equal to offline boutiques when they go on sale.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Please note that LIVE! On Sunset may use the information you provide to inform you of new goods and services via email. If you prefer not to receive these emails, please reply to any such email with the word Unsubscribe.
